在朋友家看到这个就马上想到秀丽！哈哈
听说是从日本买回来的
可以奏乐哦~还可以换歌曲和调音量
秀丽看到一定疯狂 =D

已经几个月没吃泡菜了啦~
以前在金宝，每个星期三一定到夜市去买一盒泡菜回来配饭吃，超开胃的^^
但是回来以后没得吃了 =(
所以决定自己来做！
参考了网上几篇泡菜的RECIPE以后，就自己动手了啦~=D

我自己来的食谱：[如图]
1. 中型大白菜一颗
2. 青葱5~6根，韭菜 1 把
3. 生姜一大块，大蒜一颗，小型洋葱2个
4. 小红萝卜2条，苹果1个，梨1个
5. 特细辣椒粉两包[一包20g], 虾酱，鱼露，白砂糖

1. 大白菜切成3公分见方大小，放到大脸盆里。
2. 把海盐[150~175]洒在白菜上，戴手套搅拌均匀。
3. 加入1L开水搅拌均匀后，放置大约两小时，只要白菜拿起来折不断，大约就可以腌了。

4. 等白菜出水的过程中，你可以把青葱和韭菜洗干净，沥干，然后切成你自己喜欢的长段。
5. 洋葱，大姜，蒜头，苹果和梨打成碎片/汁。
6. 红萝卜切成丝。

7. 白菜ok了以后，倒掉盐水，过水三次，沥干。
8. 把辣椒粉和打成碎片/汁的洋葱，大姜，蒜头，苹果和梨放入盆内，再加入2大匙的虾酱，4大 匙的鱼露和1 1/2小匙的白砂糖，搅拌均匀。




做好的泡菜用食品袋密封好，袋口一定要扎紧。


放入密封性能好的盒子里收藏，先放在室温一天，然后放入冰箱5天即可。[放得越久就会越酸]

结果，我只放入冰箱一天就忍不住拿出来吃了。
味道不错哦~ 真的有像那么一回事。=D

My pasta DONE! Wakaka~
I used Prego - mushroom taste as my pasta sauce
(due to convenient, easy to cook and most important thing is i dunno how to diy the pasta sauce itself =p maybe next time should try to make the sauce by myself)
I have cooked the sauce with hotdog, prawn, chop meat, mushroom and carrots.
But then seems like over prepared.. haha.. because at the end there are 4 big plates of pasta for 3 people only..
eat till we feel like want vomit~~ = s

[M]y v[e]ry [F]irst Pan[c]ake

After gave a second try.. my somehow pancake-like pancake fresh out of oven!!
okay.. i know it looks ugly but then taste not bad la..
better than my first try which my dad thought is mi hun kuay =.=ll
what a failure~
just that my sis said it got bit dry
never mind.. next time put more water..
i have put some honey n butter on it..
actually the pancake itself already sweet enough..
honey n butter just make it look more delicious only.. haha.. =P
hope that the outlook of my pancake can be improved on my next try =D

In conclusion: i think there sure will be a sequel coming soon as number 5,7,8,9 haven't found by number 4 and 6 in order to make their power more stronger.. so stay long tuned..
